Returns Policy

At Ahimsa London, we make every effort to describe and display every product as realistically as possible. We also understand that sometimes items you receive are not quite as you expected, and therefore we are proud to offer you 14 days to change your mind on any of your purchases from this website. Your right to cancel starts from the date you receive your Order Confirmation and ends 14 days later. Further details regarding your rights to return items can be found by accessing our terms and conditions of sale.


The item(s) must be in unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be returned with all the original packaging, instructions, guarantee and any extras.


Earrings or pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless they are found to have manufacturing faults.


If a visual defect is found with the item(s) upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours.


Contact our customer service on or call us on 0333 577 2017 within 14 days of receipt We will provide you with a Return Authorisation Code along with detailed instructions for returning your order.


Take the parcel to a post office for dispatch using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. Please ensure the package is tracked and you purchase the correct insurance to return the item.

Once our qualified diamond graders have completed a rigorous examination and verified that the returned diamond or item of jewellery is the same piece and in the same condition as the one sent to you we, our returns department will confirm that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for a refund.


We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. We process most refunds on the same day that they were received, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes this long, but can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays or errors.


Faults must be notified to us within 14 days of receipt. Therefore we advise checking your jewellery as soon as possible when it arrives. Faulty items must be returned using the same process described above.

Items will not be eligible for a refund if:


  • The item has been resized.
  • The item has been personalised.
  • The item has been custom made using our “Create Your Own Programme”.

Please note – Any items which show obvious signs of wear and tear will not qualify for a refund or exchange
