Consultation

Our in house design team will contact you for a free initial consultation. Whether you have ample ideas or need a little inspiration we will help you to articulate your ideas into a design for your chosen piece of jewellery.

Design

After the consultation, our design team will provide you with a series of draft designs for your approval. This process is an important stage and you will be guided along the way until your perfect design has been executed. You can choose to have additional extras such a engraving, use of other semi precious stones such a ruby, emerald, sapphire and pearls at this stage to further compliment your chosen design.

Sample Piece (Optional)

This is an optional step which you can choose to incorporate before the final piece is made. A sample of your design will be produced in 925 sterling silver and non-precious stones. This is perfect for you to see your design in real life and to try it on before the final piece is made.

Design Approval

A final copy of your chosen design will be sent to you in a 3D format. Once you are happy with the design we will begin crafting your unique piece.

The Finished Piece Approval

Your completed item will be presented to you in our luxury packaging perfect for when you pop the big question, unveil the gift of a lifetime or simply show off to your family and friends. We would have got to know you very well throughout the process and it doesn’t just end there. We would love to share the special moment with you and hear all about how your story unfolds.
